Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure all bookings.

• The remaining balance must be paid on or before the scheduled session.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

  Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule their session with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a new date within 30 days, subject to availability.

• Exceptions in cases of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to emergencies, severe weather, or illness.

  Session Conduct & Client Responsibility

• Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for the session.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

• The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to client tardiness, lack of preparation, or uncooperative subjects.
  

  Artistic Style, Editing & Delivery

  By booking, the client acknowledges and accepts the photographer’s artistic style. The client will receive all usable images captured during the session. All final images will be edited in accordance with the photographer’s style.

  Final images will be delivered via an online gallery (Pixieset) 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated.

  All unedited files are provided and requests for additional edits beyond the delivered images may be subject to additional fees.

  Usage Rights & License

  C4 Clips Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images. Reserves the right to use, publish, and distribute any images captured during sessions for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes

  Agreement

  By booking a session with C4 Clips Photography, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
